THE ETHIOPIAN FEDERAL POLICE SALUTES HEROIC ATHLETES

The leadership of the Ethiopian Federal Police and members have held a program of gratitude and respect for our heroic athletics team that won 10 medals in the 18th world athletics championship held in Oregon, USA and the 1st in Africa with the theme “Let us work together, Ethiopia wins” at the institution’s compound today.
The Ethiopian Federal Police Commissioner General Demelash G/Michael, who attended the program and congratulated them. He said that he is proud of our athletes by raising the flag of our country and making Ethiopia stand high on the international stage.

Working together will always lead to victory and results. Especially the ones wearing  police uniform knows it very well. Therefore, the Ethiopian Federal Police is working with the national defense force and other security forces to defeat the internal and external enemies.
The commissioner general said that the main secret for the victories we recorded is because it is an army that is formed from nations and nationalities, trained under one umbrella and is led as a country.

The Ethiopian Federal Police is fighting against terrorists that attack from inside and outside.
Ethiopia is found in a military institution when it is needed. They have sent a message saying that we have paid our part to protect our country and have done our part to make it better  for development.
All the participants put their right hand on their left chests and clapped for one minute and thanked each other for their contribution at keeping Ethiopia safe.
